Event Info:

Join us October 20th for our Heyday Street Fair🍁 celebrating everything Fall this season at Galleria Dallas.

We're turning our outdoor alley and plaza into a festive Fall experience, fully decked out with hay bales, pumpkins and harvest accoutrements.

Come shop fall merchandise from local creatives carefully curated by Dallas’ Decent Collective. Select a pumpkin from our harvest-themed pumpkin patch in exchange for a donation to Hunger Busters. Take the perfect fall photo in front of a beautiful installation designed by The Foliar Collective.

What's in store:
- local craft vendors curated by Decent selling all things fall
- a pumpkin patch featuring hundreds of pumpkins, take one home for a small donation to Hunger Busters
- live music
- food and drink samples from Galleria Dallas restaurants
- happy hour drink specials at The Grill on the Alley patio
- a festive photo booth designed by The Foliar Collective, LLC

This event will be fun for the whole family. Come shop local and support a great local charity, tag a friend to join you!

Schedule For Vendors:

9:00 am — Vendor Load-In Begins
12:00 pm Noon— Vendor Load-In Ends, Mall Opens— All vehicles must be clear and all tents and tables must be set up
12:30 pm — 5 minute vendor all-hands meeting
1:00 pm — Event begins
6:00 pm — Event ends, Mall Closes
7:00 – 8:00 pm — Vendor Load-Out

Load-in & Parking:

GETTING TO THE VENUE

Navigate to The Grill on The Alley - Dallas at 13270 Dallas Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75240

LOAD-IN PROCEDURE
  1. Load-in begins at 9:00am. Please do not try to load in before then, as it helps our staff tremendously.
  2. Temporarily park in the load-in zone next to The Grill On The Alley, and load into the event area from there. You are not allowed to be there for more than 15 minutes.
  3. The first thing you will do is check in with our vendor coordinator, Lizz Hurley, who will be easy to spot. This allows us to keep track of who has arrived.
  4. When you check in, Lizz will show you where your space is. All spaces will be labeled with chalk on the ground.
  5. Please only drop off your items at your space, then immediately move your car to any garage before you begin setting up your space.
  6. Once you have parked in the garage, you may continue setting up.
  7. Chairs: you may grab as many as you need from the stacks that are located around the venue.
  8. Your tents and tables must be fully set up by 12:00pm. You may continue setting up your merchandise until 12:30pm.
  9. Promptly at 12:30pm we will have a quick all-vendor meeting and take a group picture.
  10. Between the vendor meeting until 1:00pm when the market opens, we ask that you help promote the event by posting on your social media accounts (especially Instagram Stories and Facebook) showing off your setup and encouraging people to come shop. Also, if your car is still in the concrete lot, it MUST be moved to the grass lot (the concrete lot is for shoppers only). You can also use this time to ensure you are ready to make your first sales, check out other vendors, use the restroom, get a beer or water, take photos, etc.

Planning Ahead:

  • Make sure your phone and devices are fully charged.
  • Bring an external battery charger for your phone or iPad.
  • Make sure you have change if dealing in cash.
  • If you are taking payments via Square, etc, make sure everything works!
  • The venue will have wifi, but access to power outlets will not be available.
  • Wifi Network information will be provided when you arrive.
